Aptiva Solutions SAS (“Aptiva”, “we”), with registered legal address at Zapiola 2260, PB, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy in connection with this site (aptivasolutions.com).
2. What data we collect
This site has no forms, user accounts, or tracking cookies. The only data we receive is what you choose to share when you write to us at contacto@aptivasolutions.com (for example your email address, name, and the content of your message).
3. What we use your data for
We use contact data exclusively to reply to your message and, if applicable, to move forward a business conversation you started. For site analytics we use Umami, an open-source tool hosted on our own infrastructure: it records aggregated visits (page views, approximate geographic origin, device type) without cookies, without identifying you individually and without sending data to third parties — we use this to understand overall site usage and improve it. We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted on Vercel Inc., which acts as an infrastructure provider and processes technical data (IP address, device type) to the extent necessary to operate the hosting.
5. Your rights
Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326), you have the right to access, rectify, update, or request deletion of your personal data. We respond to these requests within 10 business days. To exercise these rights, write to us at contacto@aptivasolutions.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the enforcement authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints related to violations of personal data protection rules.
6. Deletion of your data
You may ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, without giving a reason and at no cost. The procedure, what to include in your request, and what we must retain by law are set out in how to request deletion of your data. This also covers any data we received through Meta applications (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp).
7. Argenda and WhatsApp
This policy covers this site only. The WhatsApp messages sent by Argenda, our appointment-scheduling platform, and the data of people who book appointments with the businesses that use it are governed by Argenda’s privacy policy (in Spanish).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our products evolve. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
