How to request deletion of your data
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. What this page covers
Aptiva Solutions SAS, with registered legal address at Zapiola 2260, PB, Buenos Aires, Argentina, builds Argenda, an appointment-scheduling platform used by other businesses. Depending on how your data reached us, the deletion request follows a different path:
- If you booked an appointment with a business that uses Argenda, or received a WhatsApp reminder or notice from that business, your data belongs to the business. See section 2.
- If you wrote to us, or you have a business account on Argenda, we process your data as the controller. See section 3.
2. If you booked with a business that uses Argenda
That business is the controller of your data: it decides what it keeps about you (name, phone, email, appointment history) and what for. Argenda only processes that data on the business’s behalf, as a processor. So requests for deletion, access, or correction must be made to the business you booked with.
If the business does not respond, write to hola@argenda.com.ar with the subject Data deletion, the name of the business, and the phone number or email you booked with, and we will handle it with the business.
How Argenda handles this data is described in Argenda’s privacy policy (in Spanish).
3. If you wrote to us or have a business account on Argenda
In these cases we are the controller, and you may ask us to delete your data without giving a reason and at no cost:
- For data you shared when writing to us from this site (aptivasolutions.com), write to contacto@aptivasolutions.com from the same address you wrote from.
- For your Argenda business account data, write to hola@argenda.com.ar from the email you signed up with.
Use the subject Data deletion. We will confirm receipt through the same channel.
4. How long it takes
We respond within ten (10) business days, the period set by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326).
5. What is retained
Some information cannot be deleted immediately: invoices and accounting records must be retained for the periods required by Argentine tax and commercial law. Where that applies, we will say so explicitly in our reply, stating what is retained and why.
6. If you came from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp
The WhatsApp messages Argenda sends (appointment confirmations, reminders, and notices) are sent on behalf of the business you booked with, so the request follows section 2. If instead you contacted us through a Meta application, write to contacto@aptivasolutions.com telling us which platform you used and with which number or account, and the request is handled as in section 3.
7. Your other rights
Besides deletion, you may ask to access, correct, or update your data through the same channels. The details are in our privacy policy. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
